Who is responsible

What we store

If you agree, we store a text transcript of the conversation, the duty details you give us (for example line size, flow, fluid, temperature, mesh), and any name, company, country, email or phone you share. We do not store audio. The microphone is used only to send speech to the model during a live call. Nisan keeps no recording.

Why we store it

So Nisan can handle this enquiry: pass the duty to engineering and follow up with you. That is the purpose you tick before a call or before a chat is saved. If you also tick the optional box, we may email you about other Nisan products. If you do not tick that box, we will not use your details for marketing.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts the site and the database. Google Vertex AI, in us-central1, runs the live voice model and the text models that answer chat and file the duty. We do not send transcripts to train foundation models, and we do not send them to Google AI Studio.

How long we keep it

Twelve months from the conversation, then we delete the transcript and the identity fields. You can ask us to erase it sooner.

How to ask for erasure

Email sales@nisanprocess.com with the name, company or email you used. Say you want the conversation erased. We will delete the transcript and the contact fields and keep only a note that an erasure happened.

Talking to an AI assistant

Anjali is Nisan's AI assistant, not a person. The live page and the Ask panel say so before you speak or before anything is stored. She also says so in her opening on a call.
